Returns & Exchanges
At HimaFlow, we understand how personal jewelry choices can be — especially when shopping online. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy to make your experience worry-free.
Return & Exchange Policy
- You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
- Items showing signs of normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.
⚠ Most of our Buddhist-inspired jewelry (including HimaFlow’s handcrafted pieces) can be returned if unworn and in original packaging.
Shipping fees, gift wrap charges, and other service fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Used or opened sage sticks, candles, or soaps
- Sale items and final clearance products
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are not covered unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item, defect, or missing item).
- If your item is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping. Please email us with a clear photo and order number.

Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange for the same item, email us first at [email protected].
- Once exchanged, the new item is not eligible for refund.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift-giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund is approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be returned to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time to post the refund.
- Contact your bank — processing time may vary.

How to Return
- You may use your preferred shipping carrier. We recommend choosing one that provides tracking information.
- Please do not return items to the address on the package. Email us at [email protected] to receive the correct return address.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments sent via non-trackable methods.
Special Cases
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right.
- Items purchased over 1 year ago and proven defective may be eligible for a 50% discount toward a new replacement. Contact us with your proof of purchase for a special discount code.
