1. Do You Ship Internationally?
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to shipping restrictions, we currently do not deliver to the following countries:
- Bahamas
- Yemen
- Cuba
- Iran
- Sudan
- Syria
We sincerely apologize and are working to expand our shipping range.
2. How Much Is Shipping?
- Free Shipping on orders over $69.99 USD.
- For orders below this threshold:
- Standard Shipping: $6.90 USD
- Express Shipping: Starts from $29.99 USD

- The free shipping offer applies only to full-price items, not free promotional items.
- For free items (giveaways), a flat $18 shipping fee is required. This includes handling, shipping, and customs fees.

4. How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

5. Why Has My Tracking Not Updated?
If your product is handcrafted in Tibet or Nepal, tracking may take 3–5 business days to update after it’s handed over to the carrier. This is due to the package traveling from remote areas to the international hub. Don’t worry — your order is on its way!
6. What If My Order Doesn't Arrive?
If you haven’t received your package within 60 days of shipping, please reach out to us. We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund.
